Admission Info

Residents can only be admitted to permanent Nursing Home beds through the Single Entry Point System, available through the Department of Family and Community Services at 453-3953 or 453-3171 in the Fredericton area. Outside the Fredericton area, please call 1-800-442-9799.

A White Rapids Manor Application for Admissions Form must be completed and signed by the resident or his/her representative prior to admission. White Rapids Manor has 10 private and 13 semi-private rooms.
