Visiting changes

Since New Brunswick went to its 'Green' phase of the pandemic, a number of changes in visiting protocols have occurred. Fully vaccinated visitors do not have to pre-book a visit. Two visitors can come in at a time for one resident and complete a 'self -screening' at the door. A mask must still be worn, unless in a resident's private room and the resident agrees to the mask removal.

Residents have resumed outings on the mini-bus and are able to go with family members for drives or outings.

Visitors who have not been fully vaccinated can still book visits in the lower lounge by calling 506 368 6521 or emailing clerk@whiterapidsmanor.nb.ca

Staff are still wearing masks in resident areas. Hand hygiene remains extremely important and we ask visitors to use the sanitizer when they arrive and when they leave.

Volunteers are returning, including entertainers, much to the delight of residents.
