Residents can only be admitted to permanent Nursing Home beds through the Single Entry Point System, available through the Department of Social Development at 1-833-733-7835.

 

A White Rapids Manor Application for Admission Form must be completed and signed by the resident or his/her representative prior to admission. White Rapids Manor has 8 private, 4 semi-private and 14 double rooms.
